As an Aviation Procurement Coordinator, you ensure that the right parts are available at the right time for aircraft maintenance. You will be responsible for placing and following up on purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring that all administrative processes are handled accurately. Thanks to your efforts, maintenance activities can be carried out according to plan.

You will work closely with buyers, suppliers, and technical colleagues on a daily basis. This will not only give you valuable insight into purchasing processes but also allow you to develop knowledge of aircraft maintenance and the international aviation industry. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in purchasing who wants to further develop into a specialized procurement professional.

You will work closely with experienced Buyers, Senior Buyers, and maintenance technicians on a daily basis, giving you the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of both the organization and the industry.

Wie ben je?

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes responsibility, and works with great attention to detail.

In addition, you have:

  • MBO+ or Bachelor's level working and thinking ability;
  • Proven experience in purchasing activities, such as placing orders, communicating with suppliers, and monitoring delivery schedules;
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
  • Experience with administrative processes and digital systems (experience with ERP systems is an advantage);
  • A structured and detail-oriented way of working;
  • A proactive mindset and the perseverance to find solutions when challenges arise;
  • An affinity with technology and an interest in aircraft maintenance.
