As a Senior CNC Specialist, you are the key technical pivot in the production department. As an experienced Senior CNC Specialist, you are daily engaged in setting up, programming, and optimizing various CNC machines for high-quality metalworking. Because the machinery consists of a great mix of new and older equipment, analyzing and improving production processes presents a fantastic challenge.
As a driven Senior CNC Specialist, you proactively contribute ideas for technical maintenance and solve complex malfunctions. Furthermore, as a Senior CNC Specialist, you play a major role in the growth of the team by guiding and training a junior colleague. You also advise on future investments in machinery and tooling. Every Senior CNC Specialist handles versatile tasks in this role, also known in the market as CNC programmer, experienced miller, CNC turner, or senior machinist. You will join a stable and leading company with approximately 35 employees directly on their payroll. For five decades, they have been the specialist in high-quality dosing equipment for the food and chemical industries. There is plenty of room for personal initiative and growth. As this is a Direct Hire (W&S) placement, you will receive a direct contract with the employer with a view toward permanent employment.
Wie ben je?
- Extensive experience with CNC turning and CNC milling in metalworking
- Ability to independently program and precisely set up CNC machines
- Strong technical insight and problem-solving ability
- Enthusiasm for sharing professional knowledge and mentoring a junior colleague
- Sufficient command of Dutch to communicate safely on the shop floor

- A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,300 based on 40 hours with a direct contract via Direct Hire
