Order planner
Wat ga je doen?
As an Order Planner, you are the key link between customers, production, purchasing, customer service, and our external production partners. You ensure that orders are processed correctly, schedules are accurate, and delivery commitments are met.
What will you do?
- Process and review customer orders.
- Coordinate and confirm delivery dates.
- Prepare and maintain production and delivery schedules.
- Adjust schedules in response to changes in demand, capacity, or material availability.
- Communicate daily with production, purchasing, customer service, and external partners.
- Monitor orders and deliveries and make adjustments where necessary.
This position is available on both a part-time and full-time basis. You will work regular daytime hours, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Together with an enthusiastic team, you ensure that all goods are processed and dispatched correctly and on time.
Wie ben je?
- MBO-level education and working experience;
- Experience in order planning is a plus, but not a requirement;
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision) and proficient in using Excel;
- Accurate, well-organized, and strong communication skills;
- A practical mindset and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment;
- Good command of English.
Wat mag je verwachten?
- Gross hourly wage between €18.50 and €22.50;
- The opportunity to work either part-time or full-time during daytime hours (24 to 40 hours per week);
- 25 vacation days;
- 8% holiday allowance based on your gross annual income.
