Wat ga je doen?

Are you ready for a new challenge in logistics? At AS Watson in Oosterhout, we are looking for motivated new colleagues. Are you looking for a varied job where you can stay active, work in a friendly team, and have opportunities to grow? Then this position as an OrderPicker could be perfect for you!

Together with your colleagues, you make sure that all orders are picked carefully, processed on time, and prepared for shipment. You will use a voicepicking system, available in Dutch, English, and Polish, that guides you through the warehouse step by step.

You will pick a wide variety of products, from soft drinks and shampoo to toys and cleaning products. With your pallet-building skills, you make sure that every pallet is stacked carefull and correctly, so the stores receive everything they need. The orders are never the same, which means every working day is different!

Waar ga je werken?

AS Watson is a market leader in Health & Beauty and supplies products to well known retail chains such as Kruidvat every day. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself and grow within the company, for example into an EPT or reachtruckdriver. After six months, there may be an opportunity to receive a permanent contract with AS Watson. You can also improve your Dutch or English through language courses.

You will work in an international and motivated team at a location that is accessible by car or bicycle from Breda, Tilburg, Waalwijk, and Made. Wie ben je?

• You are motivated and a hard worker.
• You are available to work in a 2-shift schedule: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.
• You enjoy working as part of a team.
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality.
• You are available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.
• You have your own transportation, such as a car or bicycle.
• You have a good command of English, to understand work instructions and communicate with your colleagues.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• €14.99 gross per hour, plus an additional €1.12 ADV allowance per hour (for employees aged 21 and over).
• Earn extra with shift allowances ranging from 125% to 150%, depending on your working hours.
• €0.23 per kilometer travel allowance if you live 10 km or more from the workplace (one way).
