Wat ga je doen?
Want to gain experience or earn extra cash in a modern distribution center near Haarlem and Amsterdam? For sportswear brand AYBL, we are looking for motivated team members for the busiest period of the year.
Note: This is a temporary assignment during the peak season.
Start Date & Timeline
- Monday, November 2 or Tuesday, November 3: Your mandatory onboarding/training day in preparation for the peak rush.
- From Monday, November 9: Official start of the peak period, working full-time in a fixed morning shift (Monday through Friday).
- Peak Weeks (November 9 & November 16): The absolute busiest weeks of the season where maximum capacity and team effort are required!
- Saturday, November 14: Extra working day during the peak period with an allowance of 150% pay!
- Project Duration & Extension Potential: Work is expected to continue into December. While no guarantees can be given upfront, temporary workers who perform well are regularly invited to stay longer, depending on warehouse volume and operational needs.

The pace is high inside the distribution center. It is physically active work in a dynamic environment where we push for the best results as a team. Thanks to scanner-based operations, your personal contribution is directly visible to team leaders, making your effort extra rewarding!
Your Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Collecting sportswear items at a fast pace using a digital scanner.
- Packing & Shipping: Checking products, packing them neatly, and preparing them for dispatch.
- Stock & Returns: Restocking shelves (replenishment) and processing return shipments.
- Logistics Support: Loading, unloading, and keeping the work floor safe and tidy (housekeeping).
Key Dates & Timeline
- November 2 & 3: Mandatory training days in preparation for the peak rush (your start day!).
- Weeks of November 9 & November 16: Main peak period (Black Friday sale rush).
- Saturday, November 14: Mandatory peak working day paid at 150%.
- Until December: Operations are expected to continue into December (with potential longer stay for top performers depending on situation).
Working Hours & Shifts
- Early shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Contract duration: Temporary peak-season project (from November 2/3 into December 2026).

Through Olympia, you will work for sportswear brand AYBL in Halfweg. This successful fashion brand delivers sports and lifestyle apparel throughout Europe. Thousands of packages leave this location near Haarlem daily. You will work together with your team to get all orders out on time in a no-nonsense environment where safety, clear instructions, and guidance come first.
Wie ben je?
- Work Rights (No Work Permit / TWV Sponsorship Available): Due to the short timeframe and immediate start date of this project, we cannot apply for a Dutch work permit (TWV). You must already hold unrestricted rights to work in the Netherlands (e.g., EU/EEA passport, EU National ID card, or a valid Dutch residence permit allowing employment without restrictions).
- Start Date: Available to start on your mandatory training day on Thursday, November 5 or Friday, November 6, 2026.
- 100% Availability: From your start date, you are 100% available Monday through Friday until mid-December (no planned holidays or time-off allowed during this period).
- Full-time availability for the early shift (07:00 - 15:00).
- Winner's mindset and the energy for physical work (working with scanning targets).
- Flexible to work across different departments.
- Good command of English (for instructions and equipment).
- Accurate, punctual, and reliable.
- Able to reach the location on time for your shift.

Accessibility & Travel Time (Important!)
- Car / Private Transport: Easily accessible with ample free parking on site.
- Public Transport: From Haarlem Spaarnwoude train station, it is a 30-minute walk to the warehouse. Please account for this in your travel planning before applying!

- Valid ID with Unrestricted Work Rights: Original Dutch/EU passport, EU national ID card, or valid Dutch residence permit explicitly stating free labor market access (no driver's license, expired document, or copy).
- Proof of BSN: If your BSN is not listed on your ID document, bring an official government document (such as an official BRP extract, no digital screenshots).
Wat mag je verwachten?
- Salary: €15.42 gross per hour.
- Saturday Allowance: 150% pay for working on Saturday, November 14.
- Performance & Attendance Bonus: Up to €200 gross extra during the peak period (€75 in week 1, €75 in week 2, €50 final sprint bonus for 100% attendance, punctuality, and good performance).
- Longer Stay Potential: Possibility to extend your assignment into/past December if performance is strong and client demand continues (no guarantees, subject to business needs).

- Payout: Weekly on Wednesday.
- Contract Duration: Temporary project starting November 2/3 and expected to run into December 2026.
- Travel Allowance: €0.23 per kilometer.
- Training & Guidance: Fixed onboarding day on November 2 or 3 and personal guidance from Olympia Haarlem.
