Logistics Coördinator Cross Dock

Wat ga je doen?

As Cross Dock Coordinator, you are the link between the warehouse, transport, planning and our customers. You make sure inbound and outbound flows run smoothly, efficiently and on time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily cross-dock operations.
• Planning and coordinating loading and unloading activities.
• Assigning tasks and supporting warehouse employees.
• Monitoring productivity, quality and safety.
• Resolving operational issues and keeping the process on track.
• Communicating with drivers, transport partners and internal departments.
• Checking shipments and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

You are a hands-on team player who stays calm under pressure and knows how to set priorities.

You bring:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or cross-docking.
• Experience in a coordinating or team-leading role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive, responsible and solution-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work different shifts depending on workload.
• Good English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
• Forklift/reach truck certification is an advantage.
