About the role
As a Warehouse Team Coordinator, you will support the Team Lead and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will coordinate warehouse employees, monitor the progress of activities, and maintain an overview of the daily operation. As the first point of contact on the work floor, you will help the team stay on track and resolve operational challenges. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements and report any issues or deviations to the Team Lead. In the Team Lead’s absence, you will take over some of their tasks and responsibilities.
Your main responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities.
- Guide and support warehouse employees on the work floor.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and help find effective solutions.
- Suggest improvements to warehouse processes and workflows.
- Actively participate in daily warehouse operations when needed.
- Report progress, issues, and deviations to the Team Lead.
Take over selected tasks and responsibilities of the Team Lead when required.

You are a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work. You can oversee multiple processes at once and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency. You combine a people-oriented approach with a results-driven mindset and communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Experience operating a forklift and working at loading docks is a plus.
- Good computer skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Experience as an coordinator
- Proven experience working with logistics systems, such as a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
