Wat ga je doen?
Are you precise and handy? And are you looking for a job in production? As a production employee on a day shift for an organization in Echt, you will ensure that the plastic conveyor belts are ready to go to the customer. Due to the preparatory work that you do, your colleagues have all the products they need. This ensures that production runs smoothly and that all orders are ready on time. Depending on your preferences and expertise, you will be deployed in the production process. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with working hours from 07:00 - 16:00.
For example, you may be installing a control cord on plastic conveyor belts, so that when the conveyor belt is put into use, it remains nicely in the middle of the machine. You must set the machine to the millimeter so that the machine can attach the control cord by means of heat. In addition, it is then that you will cut plastic rolls to size from which a conveyor belt is made. You do this by placing an order in the system, then removing the rolls from the shelves with a forklift and placing them in front of the cutting machine. You set the cutting machine to the correct size, which you get from the drawing you have made in the system. From here, your colleagues can connect the ends to create a conveyor belt.

The company you will be working for is a specialized manufacturer of conveyor belts for the food industry and logistics. The company has been present in the conveyor belt industry for over 30 years. The team of about 13 people at this location consists of men and women. You will therefore work in a small team, with an informal and friendly atmosphere. It is easily accessible from Roermond, Venlo, Echt-Susteren, Weert, Peel and Maas. Do you have a car at your disposal? There are sufficient (free) parking facilities.
Wie ben je?
For this position as a production employee, we are looking for someone who recognizes himself in the following points:
- You have an affinity with technology;
- You are able to work accurately and accurately and to handle everything neatly;
- You want to work full-time, fewer hours are negotiable. In addition, it is no problem for you to work alone or together, both can occur in this position.
Do you have a forklift certificate? That's a big advantage! If you don't have it yet, you can still get it.

- A salary per hour between €10 and €14,-, this is negotiable based on knowledge and experience;

- Travel allowance from 15 kilometres, you will receive €0.19 per kilometre;
