Description

As a Warehouse Optimizer you know how important it is to achieve the best warehouse layout to optimize warehousing functions and to utilize space as efficiently as possible. If something doesn’t seem right in the warehouse, you take the initiate to make sure it is right. An inefficiently managed warehouse can impact every other part of the business. Not only is it important to move and store goods in an optimal location.

You work closely with the Operational Stock Team, which is a mix of a Stock Controller, Master Data Specialists and operational support functions like Cycle Counters and Repackers.

You will also support your team in wall-to-wall counts, because it is important to know your stock!

When you are well-trained, you can use your experience by training your new colleagues.

Samsung SDS is a logistics company that provides warehouse work for Samsung Electronics. In addition, they provide warehouse work for companies such as Bissel and Sena. It is a company that is still growing where you, as a staff member, will grow with us. As a warehouse employee you will work in one of the newest warehouse of Samsung SDS in Breda. We have an Inhouse office at the location so it is easy for the employees to reach out to us.

Samsung SDS is located at the Bavelseparklaan in Breda, which is close to the centre of Breda. Cities like Tilburg, Oosterhout, Etten-Leur and Waalwijk are close by.

What we offer:

• Starting salary of € 12,32 per hour;
• Travel allowance from the first KM of €0,19 cents per km;
• Weekly pay;
• 25 vacation days on 40-hourly workweek, 8% vakantiegeld;
• Pensioenregeling after working for 8 weeks;
• Shifts after 18.00u will grant you an allowance of 130% (Ploegentoeslag);
• If you work on Saturdays the allowance is 150%;
