Wat ga je doen?

Prefer working while the rest of the world sleeps? Join our fixed night crew for activewear brand AYBL and maximize your hourly pay!

As the engine behind our overnight process, you will use a digital hand scanner to actively pick, pack, and prepare orders so everything is ready for dispatch by morning.

Working between 00:00 and 06:00 earns you a generous 150% night allowance, boosting your pay to €23.13 gross per hour.

Want to start earlier? You can jump in during October on the day shift for onboarding before seamlessly moving into the night crew.

Your responsibilities:

  • Order Picking: Collecting sportswear items and accessories rapidly using a digital hand scanner.
  • Packing & Shipping: Checking, packing, and preparing parcels for delivery services.
  • Returns & Restocking: Processing customer returns and restocking warehouse shelves (replenishment).
  • Housekeeping: Keeping the work floor clean, safe, and organized during your shift.

The fixed night shift hours run from 23:00 to 07:00. You can start at various intake moments in October or early November. The official peak period runs from November 9 to December 1, 2026, with a possible extension until mid-December.

Our client is a successful sportswear brand with a modern distribution center near Haarlem. They are located at Houtrijkweg 2, Halfweg. Please verify that this location is manageable for you in terms of commute before applying.

Wie ben je?

  • Full-time availability for the fixed night shift from 23:00 to 07:00 (or open to an earlier onboarding start in the morning shift)
  • Available from October or early November until at least mid-December 2026
  • Good physical condition for active warehouse labor
  • Good command of English (for instructions and equipment)
  • Own transportation (car, scooter, or bicycle) due to night shift hours (public transport is limited at night)

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Base salary of €15.42 gross per hour (based on a 40-hour work week)
  • Night shift allowance of 150% on all hours worked between 00:00 and 06:00 (€23.13 gross per hour)
  • Performance bonus of up to €200 gross extra
  • Opportunity to start earlier via the morning shift in October
